The company was founded in 2003, funded by its founders.

Our mission is to be a leading technology provider in the prediction of complex properties of chemicals in biological systems. Our first target is the prediction of specific toxicity endpoints, based on molecular structure. Tough? Yes, but who wants to follow the pack?
